All Q-Link Pendants employ the same core SRT-3. The primary differences are in the outer casing design, construction and materials. 

Acrylic Q-Link Pendants are waterproof to a depth of 10m (about 30 feet). All other Q-Link Pendants are highly water resistant and may be worn while showering, swimming or bathing. Q-Link Pendants should be rinsed with fresh water promptly after salt water or other potential corrosive exposures to avoid staining or cosmetic damage.

Decades of positive experiences shared by thousands of customers confirms that Q-Link can be beneficial for most any age. Of course, wearable Q-Link products have cords and therefore, like any other necklaces or corded wearables, parents should be extremely careful and should never allow infants or young children to wear, play with or use Q-Link pendants without proper adult supervision. Q-Link products powered by our proprietary SRT technology have been serving and helping individuals throughout the world since 1989.

Sharing Q-Link wearable products is not recommended. If you decide to share or gift a Q-Link wearable product, we suggest that you allow a minimum 3-day "non-use" period prior to your Q-Link being utilized by another individual.

No, there are no magnets in any Q-Link wearable products.

Q-Link wearable products may last indefinitely as long as they are not physically damaged or exposed to industrial strength magnets like those found in MRI equipment. Of course, you may need to replace worn out cords or broken chains or want to upgrade your Q-Link product from time to time. If you suspect that your product has been exposed to a powerful magnetic field, it can be returned to our factory for reprocessing.

After your body's energy systems become accustomed to Q-Link, you may be less conscious of its effects. However, research has shown that Q-Link continues to work even when or if you can't feel it.  In fact, many individuals who misplace or forget to wear their Q-Link Pendant report that they almost immediately become aware they are without its positive effects.

Select a flat, non-porous surface on your device where the CLEAR will come in immediate proximity of your skin or hand while device is in use or worn on your body.  Clean surface well, removing oils and other debris. Using your fingernail, gently peel the edge of the adhesive sticker backing.  Be sure to orient your CLEAR properly before affixing in your chosen position; if the bond is broken, it will not adhere adequately the next time. If you feel at all uncomfortable while utilizing any Q-Link product, simply stop using it and return your product within the return period.

You may clean any Q-Link Pendant using fresh, warm water and gentle dish soap. Silver and Gold Q-Link Pendants may be additionally restored using a quality jewelry polish. Complete product use and care instructions can be found here.
