When purchased from our Q-Link® manufacturer website, unless otherwise noted on individual product pages, Acrylic, Stainless Steel, Titanium & Silver Q-Link Pendants, and Nimbus and Stratus may be returned for any reason, less shipping and handling, for a refund within 90 days of purchase. Q-Link CLEAR, Equine Pendants, chains and other accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Copper Pendant, OASYS, and Gold product sales are final. To be eligible for refund, products must be returned in like-new condition and be accompanied by original receipt and packaging. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number.

What is covered by Q-Link's warranty?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship with the exceptions and limitations listed below:

How long does warranty coverage last?
From date of purchase: Acrylic, Stainless Steel & Copper Pendants, and Powered Products, carry a 1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Silver & Gold Products carry a 90 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Q-Link CLEAR, Equine Pendant, Chains and accessories carry a 30 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty.

What is not covered?
Products damaged by misuse or occurrences outside of normal use by customer. Please read the disclaimers.

What will Q-Link do?
If approved, Q-Link or your original Authorized Q-Link Retailer will repair or replace defective product at no charge to you.
